Seasonally Oil Puts In A Bottom Here And Rallies Into The Summer (Buy Exxon?)

Oil prices have been falling for the past few weeks, and so have the prices at the gas pump, but seasonally oil tends to put in a low right around now in December and then rallies into the June/July peak driving season.
