Donald Trump won the US Presidential Election. Stock futures are up, the dollar is up, gold is pulling back, and what I’m watching now are bond yields. The 10-year Treasury bond has risen to over 4.467%. The Fed Fund futures market is now pricing in only two more rate cuts, meaning that December is likely to be the last cut rate cut for sometime, maybe the last of this reduction cycle.

We’re going to get a gap down in bond ETF’s, like TLT, this morning, as it’s trading down a full three points before the open as I write this, currently at $89.55.

TLT has been pulling back since the first Fed rate cut in September.

At some point it will have an oversold rally. This could happen after the next rate cut on Thursday.

That’s one thing I have my eye on this week.
