It has been over a week now since the Israel/Trump Iran began. Last weekend Trump said he thought the war could last 7-10 days. Now they are saying four weeks, and reports are that the Pentagon is telling officers going to the Middle East to expect it to last 100 days, maybe into September.

When it comes to the markets, the war has begun to bring volatility to them. The most obvious culprit is the spike in oil prices, continuing this morning, caused by the closer of the Straight of Hormuz.
